A. Brief Introduction
(1) Straightening system characteristic:Automatic TG5-12B bending hoop machine is controlled by the PLC numerical control system,formed by horizontal and vertical adjustable straightening wheel ,which combine with 4 traction wheel to ensure the best straightening precision.
(2) TG5-12B bending hoop machine contain reducer,big gear wheel,pinion,curve disk.Twin-stage braking motor directly connection with the reducer acting as stair speed cut.Pinion cooperate with big gear wheel acting as second level speed cut.Big gear wheel always drive rotation of curve disk.Curve disk is installed center axle hole and numbers of curve axle hole.

C. Operation instruction and notice:
1.Please check the mechanical capacity,ensure the workbench and curve drilling crew keep level,prepare various dabber tool.
2.According to the diameter of steel and requirement of bending hoop machine,install the dabber,molding axle, iron axle or changeable shelf,diameter of dabber should be 2.5 times for steel′s diameter.
3.Check and ensure the mandrel ,baffle plate and turn plate should be free from damage and crack,protective cover should be tight.After confirmation by the normal operation for the idle machine,then it can work .
4.When the machine work,please insert the side that need bend into spare gap in the turn plate,fasten and impact the other side by hand.
5.Don′t change the dabber,change the angle ,adjust the speed,add the oil and clean at the operation of the machine.
6.Don′t process the diameter,number of the steel and rotate speed of the machine exceed the rules of the machine.
7.When bending the high hardness or low content alloy re-bar, you should change the max diameter and dabber on the basis of the machine′s nameplate rules.
8.Don′t standing in the re-bar's operation radius and on the side of the machine that is not fixed.
9.When the turn plate reversing,you can operate after the stop and stabilization of the machine.
10.After finishing the operation,you should clean the site, maintain the machine ,cut off the power and lock box.
